Somers, MD, PhD; one on registered nurses and allied health professionals by Debra K. Moser, DNSc, RN, FAHA, FAAN; and one on dysfunctional relationships in mentoring by Joanne S. Ingwall, PhD, FAHA. Dr. Manuel Reyes, from the AHA Minority Mentoring Program, added valuable insight through his review of this edition.
