This volume seeks to critically assess the work of Richard A. Falk. Falk’s work has spanned nearly six decades. In numerous books, articles and opinion pieces, he has addressed key issues at the intersections of international law and relations. More specifically, Falk has offered powerful insights on the nature of international law and the structure of its processes in order to assess the main challenges for the creation of a just "world order," the path-breaking concept which he has helped to develop.
