Some representative examples of topics discussed include trends and problems in risk assessment and emergency planning in hazardous materials transportation by road, assessment of risk and accident impacts related to dangerous goods transport in a dense urbanized area, finding solutions to mixed route strategies for transporting hazardous materials, modeling a real time mobile information system for hazardous materials telegeomonitoring, the Ukrainian response system for accidents in radioactive material transportation, and traffic optimization in hazardous materials transport on roads flowing towards one critical infrastructure.
