In Volume 4, Churchill reveals the aftermath of war during the period 1918-1922, covering the Treaty of Versailles, the League of Nations, and the Russian Revolution. Volume 5 focuses on the Eastern Front during WWI and shows how the war’s impact in that region led to the Russian Revolution. The book was first published in five volumes published between 1923 and 1931. This reprint is identical to the edition published in 1950 by Odhams Press.
