This resource consists of a member-by-member survey and analysis of every roll call vote taken in the House and Senate during the second session of the 110th Congress in 2008. Studies by Congressional Quarterly are presented, which examine votes in which a majority of Democrats opposed a majority of Republicans, congressional support of the president's position on specific votes, and the percentage of all recorded votes in which members participated. Subsequent sections contain summaries and charts of key votes, and a compilation of all the votes taken.
