The book proposes an introduction to spatial analyses about the disaggregated (or micro) spatial data. Particular emphasis is put on spatial data compilation and the structuring of the connections between the observations. Descriptive analysis methods of spatial data are presented in order to identify and measure the spatial, global and local dependency. Later on, we will take a particular look at autoregressive spatial models, to control the problem of spatial dependency between the residues of a basic linear statistical model, thereby contravening to one of the basic hypotheses of the ordinary least square approach. The book is a popularized reference for students of the first and second cycle seeking to work with spatialized data, without having however advanced statistical theoretical basics. At first, we present in this book the application of the descriptive and illustrative spatial analysis methods in the context where spatial data are continuously collected in time (spatio-temporal data), all the while focusing on the recent developments of the field.
