Updated annually, Pharmacy Law Digest provides a general overview of the legal system as it affects the practice of pharmacy. The book addresses federal laws regulating controlled substances, constitutional considerations in dealing with governmental inspections, regulation of pharmaceuticals, civil liability, and business law.
