Giangreco (education and social services, University of Vermont) and Doyle (education, St. Michael's College) provide K-12 teachers with practical guidance on including disabled students in general education classrooms. Each Quick-Guide opens with a letter to the teacher that introduces the content, and includes a list of 10 guidelines, a page of text discussing each of the 10 guidelines, and a short list of references. This second edition contains the revised, updated contents of all three popular Quick-Guides, plus seven new Quick-Guides and Quick-Guide Extras on related topics, amounting to 80 pages of new material. While the guides were originally written for general education teachers, they have also been used by special educators, administrators, and staff development specialists.
