The book concentrates on major digital printing processes used over the past 40 years for printing images in photography and art, as opposed to those used for advertising and text documents. Print processes are categorized, and recommendations are given for preservation, exhibition, storage and gallery labeling. A chapter devoted to typical deterioration problems and preservation solutions.
