Cecily Brown was born in London in 1969. Her work is included in public collections at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York; Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Washington, D.C.; and Tate Gallery, London. Solo exhibitions include the recent "Directions: Cecily Brown" at the Rome Crispi Gallery.
