This presentation begins with discussion of why the concept of the Third World is out of date and continues with further elaboration of topics such as post-industrial education, globalism, foreign policy and international business in a new era, communications, quality of life, attitudes toward nature, and the future. A bibliography for each chapter is included, but there are otherwise no notes or references. Natella has written books on business in Mexico and Latin American culture, among other topics, and he has taught at colleges and universities in the US and abroad (according to the book cover); but it's not clear what his academic field is or to whom he is addressing this discourse.
