Results of the project are presented in eight papers that discuss the qualitative research approach taken towards the topic, balancing family resource pools for entrepreneurial performance, portfolio entrepreneurship in family businesses, entrepreneurial orientation across generations in family firms, managing growth despite generational changes within family life stages, and dealing with increasing family complexity in family firms.
