What if an evil villain used toys to conquer the world?

The evil Lord Xandred has a new plan to take over the earth: use his small minions the Nighlok to pose as toys and infiltrate the houses of children everywhere. The Power Rangers track the source of the plot to a lone warehouse on the edge of the city, uncovering a conspiracy larger than they could have imagined.
