This manual provides benchmarking information for four widely-used measures of employee affective reactions at work. The evidence presented comes from a sample of almost 60,000 respondents from over 170 different organizations across a wide spectrum of industries and occupations. For each measure, data are presented for both the full scale and for any subscales and/or main variants. In all cases this is also split by both industrial sector and occupational group, with the latter broken down further by age and gender. This second edition contains a new chapter and an extended introduction. The manual will be used by occupational and organizational psychologists, management consultants, and in-house practitioners who are involved in auditing, monitoring, or evaluating organizations through the use of attitude surveys. It will also be useful for those in managerial or trade union positions involved in organizational audits of employee attitudes.
