Hybrid learning (or blended learning) combines face-to-face instruction with computer-mediated instruction. This book collects work from Asia, Europe, the US, and Australia by professionals in education and engineering, describing recent ideas and projects in hybrid leaning. Education theories and e-learning and hybrid learning models are addressed, and case studies of software implementation and use are given. Some chapters discuss advantages of hybrid learning over traditional education.
